Over Expression of Apoptotic p53 and Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor in endometrial Cancer and Benign
Abstract: Endometrial carcinoma (EC) is one of commonest ten cancers, and represents fourth most widespread malignancy in females. The study included thirty samples of endometrial cancer's patients and twenty four patient's samples of benign were taken randomly as well as, twenty normal endometrial tissues as control group for comparison. This study was carried out in Laboratories of the College of Science/ Department of Biology, Wasit University, during period between October 2015 and April 2016.The study of p53 and EGFR expression was done by immunohistochemistry technique.
