Genotoxicity of Dactinomycin and Tramadol on Mice Bone Marrow

Abstract: This study was established to investigate the genotoxic effects of tramadol 0.025 mg/kg on mice bone marrow before and after dactinomycin 0.4 mg/kg. Dactinomycin was given alone to the mice intraperitoneally with 0.4 mg/kg for 24 hrs. Similarly, tramadol was injected with 0.025 mg/kg for 24 hrs, which were considered as positive controls.
