Abstract: This study was established to identify the cytogenetic effect of magnevist of the bone marrow of mice and calculate the dose less toxic and safe for medical use. It was treated with a negative control group 0.2 ml of distilled water. Magnevist was given alone in mice with intraperetonially 0.6 mg / kg for 24 hours and 48 hours.
